Feature operations

These operations extend the core order lifecycle covered in Handling orders. Each one is optional and must be enabled for your account before use.

eSign

• Customer-side eSign processing — requestSign, confirmSign and requestResendSignTan let you drive the whole eSign flow (TAN handling included) from your own side.
• Re-using identifications — store a signed version of the identification data and re-use it in a later order to skip a full re-identification (Namirial-based accounts).

Verification

• Mobile phone number verification — verify a user's control over a mobile number via TAN, e.g. for deeply integrated PoS identifications.

Operations & lookup

• Service monitoring — serverStatus and systemStatus report service liveness and the status of individual subsystems.
• Additional functions — checkSignmeUser and other supplementary calls, including the Testrobot.
